Camp Camp, Where Fantasy Island Meets Lord of the Flies, Roger Bennett & Jules Shell (about summer camp - gift for a friend. some of us were talking about camp experiences & those of us who went to Camp Fire Girl camp [just girls, very outdoorsy] were astonished by the tales of those who went to camp in the East where it was coed, month-long, and they had competitive games that were astonishing to us. The lady who sold me this said she read it for a book group & the younger people all loved it while she & the older people were eh. so it fits right into our discussion.)
